Gochi-So Shokudon specializes in Buta Don with Campovilla Black Iberico Pork.

I recently tried their special Teriyaki Bellota Loin Buta Don. The Bellota pigs roam in the Grasslands of Iberia making them special.

The Pork was tender and smooth. But the sauce was a little inconsistent.

But overall a satisfying Buta Don.
