Prive – Jewel

A day at the airport with my son watching the planes and fountains worked up a good hunger. So we went up to the top of Jewel to have a simple lunch at Prive.

The view was cool, but the food was unexpectedly pretty good!

I went for Tracy’s Favorite Salad. So many ingredients! Baby spinach, kale, mesclun, broccoli, purple cabbage, hummus, sesame coated avocado, quinoa, goji berries, roasted peppers, cucumber, olives, tomatoes, corn, pickles, pomegrante, jalapenos, cashews, garlic chips, edamame, pumpkin, pumpkin seed dukkah and chili-chimichurri dressing.

Wow, what a huge salad and so delicious!

The fish and chips were also outstanding. Crispy and fresh.

I think I will be back, a nice place to relax and chill and eat.
