I crave for Fried Chicken at times and I like clean simple tastes. Korean is too saucy sometimes, KFC is not edible for me, spicy is killing the flavor of the chicken, etc., so there are simple options that I enjoy.

I discovered Fried Spring Chickens in Singapore and that really works for me. Tenderfresh, hawker stalls, etc., they really deliver on my Fried Chicken craving.
