I am always one for trying new things, especially if they are old school items here in Singapore. Tau Kwa Pau is one of those old school things and I was introduced to it at Dunman Road Hawker Centre with Say Seng Tau Kwa Pau.

Fried Tofu with Mince Meat, Fish Cake, Yam, Cucumbers and Eggs with a gravy and some chili – the taste is real good! It’s definitely old school for me.

A good eating experience for sure. I have never had it before, so there is definitely a newness factor for me which I love because I love discovering new items to my palate!
