Hong Kong Zhai has opened a new outlet at Marina Square and we were keen to try it out.
Offering Noodles, Congee, Dim Sum and HK style snacks, the menu looked pretty good.
As usual I have to buy Beef Brisket Noodles and Wonton Soup and then combine it for the taste that I want. This taste was pretty good. Noodles were perfect, beef tender and the wontons were full of prawn and fresh.
Boat Congee is also one of my favorites and the thickness of it is to my liking.
My son thoroughly enjoyed his Chee Cheong Fun, even though it had a little too much sauce on it.
The dim sum was pretty good too. Har Gow, Siew Mai, Chicken Feet, Bean Curd Skin and Egg Tart. All definitely up to standard.
