Roberta’s Pizza is a New York City name brand in Pizza. While they do not specialize in New York Style Pizza, they are known more for their Neopolitan style pizza based on their dough recipe and thin crust and the use of the pizza oven.
It recently opened up at Marina Bay Sands, so of course, I had to try.
The Bee Sting looked so interesting, to me. Salami with chili and a drizzle of honey on it after cooking. The combination made it sweet and a little spicy at the same time. Not only that, but the crust was just thick enough to hold it well. A real nice pizza.
The next one was the Spring of Doom. This one was Sausage with Broccolini, Garlic, Chili and Lemon squeezed on after cooking. While not a tomato sauce based pizza, it still had a nice flavor to me, and was moist and the taste combination was outstanding.
