Yun Nans came to Singapore awhile back and only now have I gotten to try it.
Featuring dishes from the Yunnan region, one of the specialities is Steam Pot Chicken Soup.
The flavor is ok, but nothing special to me.
The Braised Bean Curd with Cordyceps and Fish Maw was flavorful, as was the Fried Prawns with Salted Egg and Jasmine Petals.
The Egg with Jasmine Petals was interesting, with the Jasmine aroma throughout the dish.
Pork with Scallions was normal and the appetizers of Fried Pork Filets and Black Fungus gave some taste and texture.
Seafood Noodles and Fried Rice with Preserved Vegetables rounded out our meal.
Good food, but worth another visit? Maybe for a large family meal.
