On my first trip to Hanoi many years ago, my wife and I went to Highway 4 – a small little place where we had the most amazing Fried Catfish Rice Rolls.

This time I found myself at a Highway 4 again and I had to get them again. It was just as I remembered. Lightly battered, crispy with a wasabi style kick to the sauce. Awesome!

Then I added on some Smoked Pork with Lettuce Wraps and a Prawn and Pomelo Salad. All fresh and so tasty.

But those Catfish Summer Rolls – I’ll keep coming back for those.
