QUÁN BỤI Original – Ho Chi Minh City

My last meal in Ho Chi Minh City was at Quán Bụi.

It’s a nice tavern with modern and classic takes on Vietnamese food.

For me, I went simple and classic.

One of my favorite dishes that I can only seem to find in Vietnam is Baby Pumpkin. Stir fried with some garlic, it is tender and crunchy. I just love this fresh dish.

Then I went for Bánh xèo, the classic pancake with Seafood and Bean Sprouts inside, then delicately wrapping herbs inside and dipping it.

A Lime Strawberry Smoothie to go with it and it was a nice ending to my week in Vietnam.
