Leung Sang is another of the Hong Kong Bakery stores that have opened a branch here.
Egg Tarts – both pastry and cookie bases – are here. The filling is not as rich and smooth as others though, so I was not so impressed.
The Char Siew Sou was not as dry as I thought. And the filling not as sweet. One of the better ones I have had.
The Bo Lo Bao is not quite as good as others though. In fact, dry and not so great.
I can’t say this is high on my list of HK bakery shops in Singapore.
