Wang Ji Bak Kut Teh in Bukit Mertajam is a small local place for a nice meal.

The place fills up quickly and here you order what you want.

We went for assorted meats soup style.

The soup was a little sweet for me and less herbal. I am not sure it’s the right taste for me as I don’t think Bak Kut Teh soup should be sweet.
