I have been wanting to try Cantonese Delights at Hong Lim for a very long time. I have heard so much about it and the Curry Chicken Noodles.

I ordered it with extra noodles, so as I could take in all of the curry gravy.

It was exquisite and just awesome tasting. The curry was spicy, but not too spicy. Sweet, but not too sweet. It really was reminiscent of Cantonese Curry when I was a kid growing up in New York City Chinatown.

The egg noodles did an outstanding job of taking in all of the gravy and the fried chicken cutlet was a nice compliment to that whole thing.

Wow, now I can’t wait to go back.
