Our last meal in Perth was back in Northbridge for some Dim Sum at Canton Bay.

What can you say? We like some comfort after eating a lot of Fried Seafood over the last few days.

Har Gow and Siew Mai were huge and excellent tasting.

Crispy and Steamed Char Siew Bao were well done.

Steamed Pork Ribs, Pan Fried Carrot Cake, Crystal Dumplings and Egg Tarts were right on the money.

Zha Liang and Prawn Rice Rolls were fresh and nice too.

You can’t beat good Dim Sum from Hong Kong chefs.
