Xing Hua is starting to open a few branches in Singpapore and is know for their Fujian cuisine, in competition with the Putiens of the world.
We had a bunch of noodles on our meal – Lor Mee, Wet Bee Hoon, Fried Bee Hoon. Good tastes!
La La, Salted Egg Prawns, Sweet and Sour Pork were nicely done too.
Har Cheong Gai, Dumplings, Yam Rolls and Xiao Long Bao were also done well.
Pork Slices, Yam Cakes and Veggies were good too.
