Mamma Mia is a chain Italian restaurant that just popped up in Singapore, and we went to the one in Jewel.

While not high class Italian, or even truly authentic, it is good when your five-year old wants Pasta.

Carbonara with Turkey Strips and Chicken, topped off with an egg – my son’s choice. It was pretty well done, better than most chain places for sure.

Tortiglione with Oxtail Bolognese was also done nicely, not too much sauce and plenty of meat. Pleasant for sure.

And Garlic Bread to top it off.

Good and simple for those looking for simple flavors. Not truly authentic, but it is quite ok.
