Nova is a mod Asian Fusion place in Anaheim. Recommended by many, we gave it a try.

Asian Fusion Sushi Rolls are on the top of the menu here.

Some were standard, some strange.

Strange – Prawn Tempura on top of a Cucumber Roll. A sort of Scallop Roll with Soft Shell Crab.

Standard – Rainbow, Spicy Tuna

Dishes were also there. A Flying Noodle and a Pork Belly Vermicelli – both salty as a Salt Lick.

Lo Mein that was dry and some Brussel Sprouts.

The service was quite slow and the place a bit overpriced.

I heard the same from others as well.
