Bishop’s is your classic Meat and Three that you find in the South.

What kind of Meat is popular? Of course I go for Fried Chicken, which is one of Bishop’s specialties.

Then the Three, which is sometimes veggies, but mostly carbo, I went with were Mac and Cheese (seems like a staple for me), Stuffing (because they had Turkey that day), and Fried Okra.

So gut filling, but so good.
