Edley’s BBQ is one of the institutions in Nashville for BBQ.

I went there twice in a week, once with customers and once because I wanted the Ribs, which are only sold on weekends.

The Ribs were tender, fall of the bone and amazing. I had some Cole Slaw and Mac and Cheese with it.

Previously I had the BBQ Half Chicken. This was so tender also. The breast was juicy, the skin amazing as well. Here I had Mac and Cheese and Cheesey Grits.
