Phat Bites is a funky sandwich shop. It’s housed in an old mechanic’s garage, so it has some old items and other things that go with it.

I decided to try the Hot and Cold Sweats. This was Sirloin with Ghost Pepper Cheese (this is what made me get it), with toppings.

The taste was awesome. The Ghost Pepper Cheese was subtle and gave it a nice zing, not too spicy. It was really good!

This taste is so unique, I need to come back and try more!
