Otaku Ramen is what I have been told is one of the better Ramen in Nashville.

I went with the Tonkatsu Ramen.

The broth was really good. The noodle was good, but I would have liked it softer. But when I asked to make it softer when I ordered, they looked at me like I had an alien’s head. Oh well.

Unfortunately, the Pork thing they had was overly greasy and fried and was not really meat at all. It was terrible.

Not sure about it.
