Sotpot is known for healthier Korean cooking, and I can see some of that in their menu and what we ordered.
You order a Steamed Selection, and in our case it was Seafood. You let it steam and then it is healthier for you.
You pair it with a rice set, whether it be Pork Belly, Bulgogi or Seafood and eat away.
A nice place, good food, and it felt like a nice place to be.
