Bratwurst Röslein is in the city center of Nuremberg and serves the simplest of Franconian food.

I went for one of my favorites, the Roasted Pork Shoulder – Schäfele. So tender and the Crackling so crisp and crunchy. So good. But I don’t eat the potato dumplings.

There was also some Schnitzel, Nuremberg Sausages and Asparagus! So good.

The starter was a nice Pretzel with Cheese.

Franconian dining at it’s finest!
