Bon’Ap is a sandwich place my colleagues love in Aalter. They also love one of the sandwiches and one of the fillings.

Broodje préparé is a sandwich which has préparé (basically Beef Tartare with dressings and mixed up) spread on it with slices of hard boiled egg, lettuce and tomatoes.

An interesting taste, but pretty good!
