Nakashima is a surprisingly good Japanese place in Appleton, WI.

We walked in and it did not seem like a place for good food, but when the inner doors opened, there was a bar, hibachi tables and all sorts of things.

We got a variety of Sushi Rolls, and while it took a long time because it was busy, the taste was good and fresh.

Unexpected in Appleton!
