Zuppas is a cafeteria style place in Neenah, WI. There are daily specials and all sorts of standard fare items from sandwiches to salads to soups to hot entrees.

One of the specials was a Roast Beef Panini with Blue Cheese foam. It was pretty tasty.

So was the homemade Mac and Cheese in the land of Cheese.

Pretty cool place.
