Nam Sing Fried Hokkien Mee

It’s about time I put this place on the blog.  I’ve eaten this many times, and I enjoy it each and every time.

The place is not open every day anymore, and they are so popular that it’s usually sold out by 2pm on days they do open.  On weekends, around 11:00, the waiting time becomes at least one hour for a plate.

IMG_0749[1]  The brothers that run this shop never give chili sauce, as they say it ruins the flavor.  They stir and stir and use a great stock.  The product is wonderful.

Me, I prefer to da bao it and to let the soup stock penetrate into the noodles for a better taste.
