Airline food can be good sometimes, especially on Singapore Airlines.  When you fly SQ, there can be good choices.

This time on my flight to Shanghai I chose Matt Moran’s Seared Loin of Lamb.  I wanted to try a Matt Moran creation since I am such a fan of Masterchef Australia.  And I chose not to go to his place in Brisbane.  So I wanted to try.

The official description on the SQ website:  Lamb loin with salsa verde, Lyonnaise onion, aioli and bacon.

Nicely done and pretty good for airline food.  I need to get to a Matt Moran restaurant…
