Airline food can be good sometimes, especially on Singapore Airlines. When you fly SQ, there can be good choices.
This time on my flight to Shanghai I chose Matt Moran’s Seared Loin of Lamb. I wanted to try a Matt Moran creation since I am such a fan of Masterchef Australia. And I chose not to go to his place in Brisbane. So I wanted to try.
