Across from Parkway Parade, the food court has a few good stalls.  This is one of them.  Run by brothers, it’s been around for a long time.

The Char Kway Teow here is nice, not so greasy, it has a lot of ingredients, and the noodles are nice.  The chili sneaks up on you a little bit though.
