I like Fried Fish Bee Hoon. I like it with the thick Bee Hoon and without milk. I add a few chilies and everything is good. At Old Airport Road there is one famous stall, on the corner, and the queue is very long. But that is really for sliced fish bee hoon, not the fried one. Thus, when this stall opened up, I decided to try.
As I said, I like Fried Fish, Thick Bee Hoon, no milk and I always add a few chilies. For S$3.50, this is not a bad deal.
The broth was really flavorful, always a plus for this. Then the veggies were fresh and the fish was fried nicely. Not too much batter and the fish inside was still nice and juicy. I give it a plus!
