We love lobster, there’s no other way to put it. Not just lobster, but Maine or Boston or New England lobster. So we decided we needed to try it another way. Thus, our trip to downtown NoLita and to Ed’s Lobster Bar.
Ed uses a whole lobster in one roll. Delicately mixed with mayonnaise and herbs, it makes for a nice lobster salad. Market price for it, which today was US$24.
The lobster was quite nice, a little too cold and in a salad for Lena, but I quite enjoyed it. The bun was toasted with butter and nicely done so it was a little buttery, but not too greasy. The fries were a nice golden crispy brown, real nice!
And then our closing chocolate in the shape of lobsters!
