Chong Pang Huat is a chain of stalls that sells Chicken Wings.  The one at Old Airport Road also sells Spring Chickens and some satay, but the Chicken Wing is where it’s at here.

The franchise is well known, from Bedok, and this stall makes a decent chicken wing, the best at Old Airport Road.

 

The skin is crispy, the meat juicy and the chili just nice.  It’s a good chicken wing that’s for sure.
