Getting together with friends in the wintertime in South China usually means hotpot.  At Holiday Plaza, in the new annex section, there is a pretty good Hot Pot Restaurant, 千味涮.

It’s pretty busy inside, with patrons everywhere enjoying their hotpot.

The first interesting thing is their dipping sauce bar.  You can make your own creation for dipping sauce.  Why stop at one bowl?  I made three different ones, ranging from spicy to curry to salty.  Very nice!

The soup is put down, meat and veggies served and away we go!

We went with a Pork Bone and Pork based soup, light and nice to begin with.  You can also have spicy as well, all different kinds of soup base to choose from.

We were a little disappointed because they ran out of some things already and it was only 7pm!  But we endured.

Price is okay, a good place for a meal.
