Sometimes when it gets colder, you want to stay close to home. So that’s what we did, we went looking for some Pho as the weather got colder. Close to us in Mill Creek, people say that Pho Mama’s is a good spot. So we decided to check it out.
We of course got the Pho. The soup was nice and deep in flavor, one of the better ones that we have had in the Seattle area.
The we got one of my favorites, bún thịt nướng chả giò, the Grilled Pork with Vermicelli and Spring Rolls. This was nicely flavored also.
Certainly not a bad choice for the overcrowded Pho market. One of the top few in the Mill Creek/Bothell/Alderwood area for sure.
