When you grow up in New York City and you move away, you crave New York foods.  Pizza for example.  And the other big one for me is a great Bagel.  It’s hard to find one in Singapore, but I hear that Two Men Bagel House at Ikon comes close.  Let’s see.

Growing up, Bacon Egg and Cheese on a Bagel, that is religion right there.  But today, a little more adventurous to try out what they had.

Some Pastrami, not quite deli pastrami, Bacon, Gherkins, Sour Cream, Parsley, Onion, Cheese and an Egg.

Bagel – Not bad.  Chewy and moist, very, very close to NYC standards.  The rest of the sandwich was ok.

I need another trip.  A schmear perhaps on the next trip?
