Had heard about this place that frys the cutlets on order and puts on your noodles at Wisma Food Republic.  I need to try Red Ring!

I decided to order the Pork Cutlet.  Apparently most people order Chicken.  And they order 2 cutlets, as the second one is only a dollar more.

They fry it up for you on order, chop it and then ladle this lovely red chili gravy on top. I think she gave me more than one cutlet, as it’s quite a large portion.

Noodles nice.  Pork a little thin, but nice.

I need to try the Chicken next time.
