I have been wanting to try the Laksa at this Bib Gourmand hawker stall at Hong Lim Food Centre, but it’s always been closed when I go.  But this time I managed to get it!  And the queue was not so bad, only about 4 deep once I got there.

The selections are interesting and the uncle works hard behind the sign. I went with the Asian Delight Laksa and the large size with the Crayfish.  Have to try the top of the line right? The gravy is not so rich and as a result it not as jelak as some other Laksas out there.  The ingredients are fresh and the taste just rolls around in your mouth and makes you say, “Yes!”.

I want to try the Fruit Juice Mee Siam next time because it sounds interesting.  But this stall is awesome, it’s a must try for sure.
