When we docked in Barbados, I thought that we would be able to find many places to eat in Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados. I was wrong. There isn’t a lot at all in the main tourist shopping areas. It is quite strange.
A police officer told us to try the restaurant in the Cave Shepard department store. So off we went, we figured it would be good. Instead, it was a cafeteria. But we were starving, so off we went to get a meal.
The Barbados version of Shepherd’s Pie, BBQ Lamb Chops and Chicken and Fried Plantains. Not the greatest, but we were hungry.
