Located right on the main pedestrian walking mall headed into the heart of Nuremberg is Barfüßer.  It’s located in the basement of this old building.

Let’s face it, Germany brewhouses are all about the beer. And of course when you’re in this area of Bavaria, you must have the Schäufele, or Roasted Pork Shoulder. Done right, it’s crispy on the top, tender on the meat and smothered with a nice beer sauce.  This one is no different.  Just awesome, tender and crispy.  Love it.
