Sometimes the little things are what it is about when it comes to eating.  Such is the case with 都そば.  It’s a stand up noodle shop that specializes in Soba or Udon with toppings.

Here is the menu, and as you can see – simple The classic in the Kyoto area is Nishin – Herring with Soba.  In this case I added some Aburaage and Tamago. Awesome!
