Beef Katsu – usually it’s Pork, but sometimes you want Beef.  Such was the case one late night in Kyoto.  I found Gyukatsu Kyotokatsugyu, which is a special Gyu Katsu place.  I went to the smaller branch close to the original because it showed up right in front of my face.

It’s quite small inside, just enough room for around 20 The menu I decided to go for the Waygu cutlet set
