Neil Ramos is a celebrity in the Manila area, and he opened up this place to showcase modern Filipino food. You can see it in the menu offerings. Sinigang Paella with Grilled Pork Belly – the Paella is infused with the Sinigang and the Pork Belly is grilled with a hint of the Sinigang as well. Nicely done! Crab Fat Palabok – fried noodles with crab fat. Rich and sinful!
