We had to try another restaurant at Niyama – Nest.  This is the Asian influenced restaurant there.

What is unique about it is that it’s actually built in the treetops, with a level of dining up in the air, almost in a treehouse.

The menu is definitely Asian inspired.

They gave us some Keropok to start out the night.From the Kids Menu we went with Chicken Rice!  And Noodle Soup!

Then for the adults we had a lovely Pork Belly

And a Black Truffle Fried Rice with Waygu Beef

I have to say, this was the best restaurant that we ate at while we were here.  Though the buffets were not bad.
