Edge is a restaurant at Niyama which you can only get to by boat as it’s 500m off the island by itself! You went to the pier to take a small jetty to the restaurant. And you arrive! You can dine inside or outside, and we chose inside. Which was a good thing because it did start to rain!We decided to go there for my birthday dinner and we were not disappointed.
We went for the Seafood Platter for 1 which had Coral Lobster, Slipper Lobster, Prawns, Scallops, Mussels, Tuna and Reed Fish. That was pretty awesome!
The Lobster Wellington was just plain awesome. A whole Lobster Tail in the pastry. Wow!
The little Master had a nice steak with rice. Tender and good! I know because I finished his leftovers!
