Tried out David Chang’s Fuku at Hudson Yards.  The place is brand new and it has a reputation of hit or miss. Choices are limited, but that’s the concept.The Fried Chicken was overfried and salty. Not great. The Jalapeno Waffle Fries were so so to me.

Words cannot express how terrible the Chicken Sandwich was though. Dried out, no sauce (I had to douse mine in Ssam Sauce to attempt to eat it) and the layer of crispness on the bun that comes from sitting on a hotplate for too long. I had 2 bites and threw it out.
