We did our own touring of the Marina Bay area and found that we wanted to try a deal that we found at Jiak.  Located in the Esplanade Mall, the menu sounded interesting to us.

We tried and started with the Lemon Chicken.  It was quite crispy and the sauce was zinging with Lemon.  A good dish for us. They still had a National Day special for sale and that was Salted Egg Crayfish.  Sauce was good and the Crayfish was a good size for a good price. Stir Fried Beef with Scallion and Onions.  Fresh and tender, also great with the rice we had.Can’t complain and we did have the one-for-one deal, so it was good for us!
