Japanese Pasta is hit or miss for me.  I am not a big pasta person, but I do like Ramen.  But fuzing the two together can work, or it can’t work.  Not sure about it sometimes.

This is in the Japan section of Nex, so we decided to try it out.

Side dishes were soup and salad. One Prawn Carbonara This is Japanese version of Bolognese.  Interesting. And one Salmon with Aglio Olio.I think if I want pasta, I will go to an Italian place.  Japanese pasta is not quite there for me.
