At Whampoa Market, I heard about this stall that has Ginger Chicken. I wasn’t sure if it would be dry, how oily or greasy it was, etc. but I went for it.

I always go for the Breast portion and it is moist, juicy and absolutely delicious. Added some Chicken Skin (why not, I am already fat) to the meal.

It was not oily at all, but maybe it’s just me, but I also didn’t get a strong Ginger taste, but it was there. Nonetheless, a worthy meal!
