Despite the name of the shop, this stall is not located in Geylang but on East Coast Road, across from Al Forno and close to Beach Road Prawn Mee. But it takes it roots from Geylang as it’s the same family as Swee Guan in Geylang.
Been wanting to try the Charcoal Hokkien Mee here for awhile, but have never made it there until today.
Loaded with Sotong, Prawns, Pork, Egg and goodies, the Charcoal sings in each bite. You can taste the goodness in every bite. So good, I da bao back for dinner.
Let me tell you, letting it soak for a bit and then eating it – the Charcoal Hei was even more prevalent and tasty. Thumbs up for sure!
