OTC Cafe is located in the National Library and is small, but quaint. I actually would never have known it was there except for a Burpple deal.

Carbonara was pretty good.  The Egg was a nice addition to this.

Chicken Wrap which was pretty good as well for a simple sandwich.

Not bad for a small cafe in the Library.
